  • My product is damaged
    Please snap a picture of the damaged goods and email to info@tobaccopipemalaysia.com as it might be due to freight transport during delivery and we will look into the damage. We accept returns provided products are in their original conditions, unopened, unsmoked, unused and undamaged.
  • Can I use Bank Transfer / Cash on Delivery?
    Bank Transfer 1) Local Bank Yes, we accept bank transfer. Select Offline Payment and the instructions will guide you on how to make payment. You will also receive a guide to your email upon placing an order. 2) International Bank For all international banking transfers, you may use Western Union and follow the instructions and payment amount. Please note there are additional charges for Western Union to be added on top of the amount shown in your invoice. Cash on Delivery Sorry, this payment method is not available at this moment. Please reach us for more info. Paypal - Creditcard purchases Yes we accept credit cards through paypal transactions.
  • Can I walk in to the headoffice to make a purchase?
